Frances Meredith - Textile Artist

Frances Meredith is a Textile Artist who uses fabric and thread to bring her work to life, enhancing it with machine embroidery and hand stitched embroidery. She takes her inspiration from the informal beauty of wild flowers and nature that can be seen in the British countryside. Her other work explores her interest in developing textiles which demonstrate the vibrant characteristics of fabric, with its rich colours and textures.

She has City & Guilds qualifications in Creative Embroidery, Machine Embroidery and Computer Textile Design, and displays her work in several galleries in England and Wales.
